| Summer 2010 | Parishes form their leadership teams. |
| September 2010 | Pastors and Parish Leadership Teams are oriented and trained concerning the planning process. |
| November 2010 to February 2011 | Parish Leadership Teams faciliate the parish survey process, complete the parish profile, and conduct parish town hall meetings |
| March 2011 | Parish Leadership Team reports submitted and Deanery Leadership Teams convened |
| April and May 2011 | Deanery Leadershp Teams work in cluster groups, assess information gathered, and draft recommendations |
| June 2011 | Deanery Leadership Team submit their recommendations |
