Projected time line for initiating Serving God’s People, the Pastoral Planning Process in the following deaneries: East Hillsborough, West Hillsborough, Hernando, Pasco, and Upper Pinellas

| Spring 2010 | Overview of the process is introduced at the participating deanery meetings. |
| Summer 2010 | Parishes form their leadership teams and are oriented to the planning process |
| September to November 2010 | Parish Leadership Teams faciliate the parish survey process, complete the parish profile, and conduct parish town hall meetings. |
| November 2010 to February 2011 | Parish Cluster Teams are formed, do parish visits, and work to draft preliminary recommendations |
| February to May 2011 | Diocesan Commission to work with Parish Cluster Teams to draft final recommendations |
| May 2011 | Final recommendations to Bishop and Presbyteral Council for discussion and approval |
| June 2011 and beyond | Once recommendations are approved, plans begin for developing an implementation timeline and process |
Key Dates:
- September 6, 2010 – Online survey becomes available
- October 1, 2010 – Completed Parish Profile to be submitted to Parish Ministry Assistance Office
- October 11, 2010 – Online survey will no longer be available
