   The parish survey is designed to gather information from parishioners that would be helpful in the deanery (and parish) planning process. It is designed for an individual to access online through a designated website and complete within a few moments. Those who complete the survey will be asked to give basic information as a part of the survey process.

   The parish profile is designed to gather information related to the parish that will be helpful in the deanery (and parish) planning process. It is designed for an individual or team to complete over several hours of time. Sharing this information with the Parish Leadership Team and, perhaps, the parish as a whole may be helpful in elevating the understanding of the current reality of the parish. The completed parish profile will be shared with the Parish Cluster Team.
